Sylvia Fulk serves as an Associate Portfolio Manager for Segall Bryant & Hamill’s Private Wealth group. Her responsibilities include investment and relationship management, trading, and administrative and operational oversight. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Ms. Fulk worked at PPM America (Chicago-based investment management firm) for 20 years in a variety of administrative, operational and management roles. Ms. Fulk received her B.S. in computer science from Loyola University and an MBA in finance from DePaul University. She started her financial career in 1985 at Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust (now defunct). She has been in the investment industry since 1985. Since 2014 Ms. Fulk has been a trustee (elected board position) for the Mount Prospect Public Library. She served as president in 2017-2019. Ms. Fulk also serves as a board member for The Families and Adolescents in Recovery (FAIR) Foundation, a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide support for and further the mission of FAIR Counseling.
