Natalie Ruzicka serves as Manager, Client Service Administration for Segall Bryant & Hamill’s Private Wealth group. Her primary responsibilities include providing a broad range of administrative support to portfolio managers and associates, providing advice and high-quality ongoing service to prospective, new and existing clients while enhancing the overall client experience. She is also responsible for standardizing processes and workflows across the team. Ms. Ruzicka studied at Robert Morris College with a focus in Business Management. She started in the investment management industry in 1997. Ms. Ruzicka volunteers with WINGS, an organization providing services to victims of domestic violence.
