Alvin Cruz serves as a Paraplanner for Segall Bryant & Hamill’s Wealth Strategies and Financial Planning Group. His primary responsibilities include assisting portfolio managers with gathering, researching, and maintaining data for financial plan implementation. Prior to joining the firm, he served in the United States Marine Corps where he deployed twice to Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom. Mr. Cruz graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Personal Finance and is currently a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM candidate. Mr. Cruz serves as a member of L.I.F.T. (Latinos Impacting our Future Together) Giving Circle.
