      The Workplace Equality strategy is an equity portfolio that consists of companies that exhibit strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices. The portfolio management team considers a candidate company’s ESG and workplace equality practices, in addition to its inclusionary hiring and promotion policies, because it believes these traits can enhance a company’s growth trajectory, long-term financial success and ability to pay a dividend.
