We are proud to be a part of the Workplace Mentoring Program with Working in the Schools (WITS), which promotes literacy and the love of reading among Chicago’s youth by providing one-on-one tutoring and mentoring. Proudly serving Chicago Public Schools for 19 years, we take great pride in the quality of our programs and the continued success of our outreach.

The mission of Reading Partners is to help children become lifelong readers by empowering communities to provide individualized instruction with measurable results. Volunteers specifically provide one-on-one tutoring for K-4th graders who are reading 1 month to 2.5 years behind grade level.

Segall Bryant & Hamill proudly supports the Youth Job Center (YJC), an agency with a 33-year history of supporting youth in Evanston and Chicago. The mission of the YJC is to “equip youth and young adults, ages 14 to 25, with the skills and confidence they need to get a job and pursue a career.
