 Segall Bryant & Hamill Adds Equity Analyst

Chicago, IL, October 1, 2007- In an ongoing effort to enhance its research expertise, Segall, Bryant & Hamill Investment Counsel is pleased to announce the addition of Suresh Rajagopal, CFA as a Senior Equity Analyst covering the Healthcare sector.  Mr. Rajagopal was previously with Munder Capital Management responsible for stock selection within healthcare using a “bottom-up” fundamental investment approach coupled with a Growth at a Reasonable Price (GARP) methodology.  Mr. Rajagopal holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, IN, a BA from Alma College, MI, and has a CFA designation.

This is the second major hire Segall Bryant & Hamill has made in their research group this year.  In April, Mark Dickherber, Director of Research from Kennedy Capital, joined the firm as a Senior Research Analyst for Segall Bryant & Hamill’s Small and Small/Mid Cap team.
